PrecisionERP is seeking a bilingual (French and English) IT Scrum Master for a 7 month contract at our client located in Montreal. Work will be 2-3 days onsite.
Requirements :
- Facilitating Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multidisciplinary projects
- Guiding and coaching the team on Agile methodologies and practices, in particular SAFe,
- Promoting collaboration and effective communication within the team and across other teams in the Agile Release Train (ART)
- Must have Scrum Master certification(s)
- SAFe certification(s) highly desirable
- Theoretical and practical experience utilising various Agile Methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban
