Fuze HR is currently looking for an IT manager who would like to be part of our client's prestigious team. Our client has been an innovator in the fashion industry for many years.
Responsibilities :
Lead all aspects of information technology, including data and information technology, voice communications, network design and development, computer system development, and the Internet. Manage activities related to the design, installation, maintenance, and support of equipment and networking or telecommunications software, overseeing a network of 15 servers and 50 computers. Ensure optimal network performance and supervise support activities. Prepare reports and ensure software and hardware compatibility. Establish long-term IT needs, formulate policies, strategies, and tools for system development and maintenance, and manage IT equipment acquisition and integration. Control operating and capital expenses related to IT services. Maintain system integrity, security, develop emergency plans, and ensure high-quality user support. Repair and maintain computer equipment and keep asset documentation up to date. Ensure compliance with external standards (e.g., PCI) and respond to audits. Negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships. Monitor system status, troubleshoot user issues, and implement organizational efficiencies. Conduct needs analysis, interview key users, evaluate options, and oversee programming and deployment of solutions. Requirements :
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT supervision, administration, or management. Experience or knowledge of the distribution sector is an asset. Experience with agile methodologies is an asset. Strong English language skills are mandatory. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a MUST. Skills sought :
