We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular, Java Spring Boot, and modern AI-assisted development practices. The ideal candidate will have experience building enterprise-scale applications, microservices, and cloud-native solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and support front-end applications using Angular and backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Develop automated unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure code quality
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Apply secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and API security standards
- Leverage AI and GenAI tools to improve development productivity, testing, and code quality
- Contribute to containerized and cloud-native deployments using modern DevOps practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring
- 6 8+ years of experience with Angular (Angular 10+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Expertise in developing RESTful APIs and backend services
- Hands-on experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL
- Experience with Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SSL/TLS, and API security best practices
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and code generation platforms
- Knowledge of AI-driven testing, monitoring, and automation solutions
- Exposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks and GenAI adoption initiatives
- Experience in banking or financial services environments
- Strong understanding of responsive design and state management patterns

- Location: Montreal, QC
- Hybrid role with 4 days onsite per week
- 12-month contract opportunity
