Description du poste
- Provide ServiceNow development support to help deliver operational workflows and forms required for mobility and end-user support initiatives.
- Will work with internal stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions that support request intake, incident handling, asset-related processes, and workflow automation.
- The role will also help refine forms, routing, validations, and reporting to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with operational needs.
- Collaboration with service management, asset management, endpoint, and support teams will be required to meet project timelines and transition deliverables into steady-state support.
