Company in the food industry is looking for a Marketing Cordinator to join their team !

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be the creative and operational pillar behind our products' brand image. This versatile role combines graphic design, packaging project management, and digital strategy within the dynamic environment of food transformation.

  • Salary: $65k - $70k per year
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available after 3 months
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Vacation: 3 weeks of vacation
  • Work Setting: 100% On-site

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Creative Development

  • Develop and maintain the brand identity for all product lines.
  • Design packaging, labels, and Front-of-Package (FOP) declarations.
  • Create promotional materials (POS flyers, posters, sales collateral, and stationery).
  • Manage product and food photography requirements.
  • Prepare print-ready files for suppliers and printers.

Product & Packaging Support

  • Collaborate on new product development (pitching design concepts and packaging ideas).
  • Work closely with the Quality Control/Lab team to ensure label compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update product specification sheets.
  • Manage label inventory and coordinate the procurement of packaging materials.

Digital Marketing & Sales Support

  • Manage all social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Oversee and update the company website (products, announcements, and promotions).
  • Create high-impact presentations for clients and distributors.
  • Prepare bilingual price lists and marketing materials for food trade shows.

Partnerships & Administration

  • Coordinate relationships with external agencies, graphic designers, and printers.
  • Obtain quotes and generate Purchase Orders (P.O.s) for marketing materials.
  • Update internal manuals and signage for the plant and warehouse areas.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and French (oral and written).
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office.
  • Proven experience in web content/social media management; agency or freelance experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Limitless creativity, exceptional rigor, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
