As Senior Director of Marketing, you will be at the heart of the performance and evolution of the brands within the automotive and heavy vehicle divisions, including NAPA and Traction. You will shape strategy, accelerate growth, and position our brands as undeniable leaders in a constantly evolving market.

- Define and embody an ambitious marketing vision aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Drive brand performance by maximizing awareness, acquisition, customer retention, and market share.
- Lead the deployment of innovative, high-performing omnichannel strategies and campaigns.
- Optimize marketing investments and foster a data-driven, ROI-focused decision-making culture.
- Identify and activate new growth levers, strategic partnerships, and high-impact national initiatives.
- Mobilize and develop an engaged, high-performing, results-oriented marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure strong strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, combined with significant experience in marketing leadership, ideally within a multi-site or highly complex distribution environment.
- Expertise in brand management, omnichannel marketing, and performance analytics, including marketing investment management and ROI optimization.
- Inspiring leadership, strategic mindset, and strong influencing skills, with excellent communication abilities in both French and English (spoken and written) to collaborate across Canada.
