As a Financial Analyst, you will contribute to the analysis and management of financial data, supporting the team’s Senior Financial Analysts. You will be involved in certain accounting activities as well as in the production of reports and analyses that support the company’s decision‑making. You will also collaborate with various teams to design, optimize, and automate data analysis processes, leveraging large datasets and visualization tools.

Responsabilités

  • Produce and analyze monthly closing reports by working with large volumes of data (revenue, headcount, inventory, etc.).
  • Design clear and relevant dashboards to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Manage, clean, and maintain financial and operational databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the budgeting process by ensuring the quality of inputs and entries in accounting tools.
  • Work closely with Senior Financial Analysts and internal teams on cross‑functional projects.
  • Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of data analysis processes.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, or data management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and VBA.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Attention to detail, rigor, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interest in data management tools (SQL, Access, ERP), with experience in Dynamics F&O considered an asset.
