Le Senior Brand Director oversees high impact marketing initiatives for Dead by Daylight, shaping the global strategy and elevating the brand’s presence worldwide. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role partners closely with them to define strategic priorities and drive cohesive long-term planning. This role leads and empowers the Brand and Social teams, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic clarity, and creative excellence. The Senior Brand Director mentors marketing leaders, drives alignment across departments, and influences executive decision-making to maximize opportunities and achieve overall business goals. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and an ability to navigate both high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution oversight.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez pour mission de :

  • Own and evolve the global brand strategy for Dead by Daylight, ensuring consistency across positioning, identity, messaging, and player experience.
  • Elevate brand awareness worldwide by championing innovative marketing initiatives, formats, platforms, and partnerships.
  • Lead and support the Brand and Social teams, fostering creative excellence, accountability, and strategic clarity.
  • Oversee the global social media strategy, defining channel-specific approaches to engage diverse player audiences.
  • Drive strong cross-functional alignment with Product, Creative, Community, Influencer, and Marketing teams.
  • Influence executive decision-making through clear, insight-driven recommendations grounded in data and market understanding.

  • Extensive experience leading global brand strategy for a large-scale consumer, entertainment, or live service brand.
  • Strong expertise in brand positioning, identity systems, and multi-channel storytelling.
  • Proven experience managing and developing senior marketing leaders and high-performing teams.
  • Ability to translate analytics, social listening, and brand health metrics into strategic direction.
  • Solid understanding of creative production workflows across video, art, and social content.
  • Strong leadership presence, collaboration skills, and comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels.
