We’re looking for a high-caliber Digital Performance & Acquisition Manager who wants more than managing campaigns — someone who wants to architect and scale a digital growth engine.

  • Own the digital acquisition strategy end-to-end
  • Influence website conversion and experimentation
  • Drive tracking and attribution integrity

You won’t be buried under approvals or siloed execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with UX, Web, Data, and Communications leaders to build a cohesive growth strategy.

What You’ll Own

Acquisition Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and optimize multi-channel paid media strategies
  • Allocate and manage budgets based on ROI and growth targets
  • Lead agency partners and hold them accountable to performance
  • Continuously test, refine, and scale acquisition initiatives

SEO & Organic Visibility

  • Partner with SEO consultants to define and execute organic strategy
  • Identify technical and content opportunities to increase visibility
  • Improve search presence, including in emerging AI-driven environments
  • Translate keyword and ranking performance into business impact

Conversion & Growth Optimization

  • Own digital lead generation programs end-to-end
  • Identify friction points in the funnel and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with the Web team to improve on-site conversion
  • Build and prioritize an experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, CRO initiatives)

Analytics, Tracking & Attribution

  • Ensure reliable tracking architecture (GA4, GTM, pixels, CRM integration)
  • Strengthen attribution and performance measurement models
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
  • Develop performance dashboards for leadership visibility

Innovation & AI Enablement

  • Evaluate and optimize AI-driven tools such as chatbots
  • Identify automation and personalization opportunities to increase efficiency and conversion

Qualifications

Who You Are

You likely bring:

  • 5–8+ years in digital performance, growth marketing, or acquisition
  • Strong hands-on expertise in paid media and analytics
  • Proven experience optimizing conversion funnels and landing pages
  • Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and marketing data
  • Experience working with SEO strategies and external partners
  • Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to leadership
