As Global Social Media Manager, and under the supervision of the Global Marketing Director, you will lead LCI Education's strategic social media transformation on an international scale. You lead the organization from a heavy reliance on paid advertising (70%) to community-driven organic growth (75%), across 19 active accounts spanning 11 countries and 22 territories. You drive social channel sign-up growth while strengthening brand equity and community engagement to support the network's revenue trajectory from $185 million to $250 million. As such, you will evolve social media from a "showcase activity" logic to indicators directly related to the admissions pipeline, build a sustainable community flywheel (subscribers → engagement → recommendation → registrations), position social media as the main channel for generating organic leads by 2027 and establish LCI as a global thought leader in creative education, while leading a distributed team and a strategic budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and manage the strategic architecture of the network's 19 social media accounts by market and platform;
  • Deploy the global content strategy (brand voice, visual identity, cadence, alumni and influencer testimonials);
  • Recruit, coach and develop an international team of 10 to 12 employees with the regional COOs;
  • Ensure operational excellence: rebranding of accounts, workflows, tools and quality control;
  • Define KPIs and connect social performance to the Admissions pipeline and enrollments;
  • Collaborate with the Admissions, Digital Acquisition, Campus Marketing and Product teams;
  • Innovate through AI, new formats and emerging platforms;
  • To position LCI Education as a thought leader in creative education.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in marketing, communications or related field;
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in social media, including 3 to 5 years in management;
  • Proven experience in managing distributed and multi-market teams;
  • Strategic thinking and ability to execute;
  • Remote leadership and performance management;
  • Data and business results orientation;
  • Intercultural intelligence, agility and change management;
  • Fluency in French (oral and written);
  • Proficiency in English at a professional level (oral and written).

This role involves frequent interactions with internal and external partners at the national and global levels; Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
