A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Brand Leadership

  • Strengthen and evolve Intelcom’s brand positioning and differentiation within the delivery and logistics industry across Canada, Australia, and the Netherlands.
  • Use social platforms—particularly LinkedIn—to increase our visibility among commercial clients, industry decision‑makers, partners, and enterprise prospects, as well as consumers and employees.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop and localize content for our markets in the Netherlands and Australia.

Content & Social Media Strategy + Community Management

  • Lead the end-to-end social media strategy with a strong emphasis on B2B reach, commercial storytelling, thought leadership and lead generation.‑to‑end social media strategy with a strong emphasis on B2B reach, commercial storytelling, and thought leadership.
  • Build an annual and monthly content calendar aligned with Communications, Sales, Marketing, and HR to support client acquisition, recruitment, and corporate reputation.
  • Create compelling content (videos, visuals, white papers & articles, infographics, etc.) in tandem with our production studio that showcases Intelcom’s innovation, operational excellence, and value to business clients.
  • Monitor analytics, trends, and performance to optimize for reach, engagement, and commercial impact. Create monthly reporting that will be shared across departments.
  • Actively manage online communities by responding in an accurate, on brand tone that reinforces Intelcom’s reputation and reliability.
  • Be at the forefront of B2B content development, with a comfort and expertise at managing across platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit and Facebook.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Lives and breathes digital storytelling and brand-building.
  • Understands B2B communications and commercial industry audiences.
  • Adept at social media across platforms including LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Has strong creative instincts paired with a data-driven mindset.‑driven mindset.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Excels in collaboration and cross-functional alignment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and proactive.
  • Strong communicator.

Qualifications

  • You have five (5) or more years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, content production or community management, in a corporate or agency environment.
  • You have some B2B experience.
  • Bilingual, English and French.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience with content management tools.
  • You are familiar with the Adobe suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign, Audition, etc.) or Figma or other design tools.
