By joining our team, you will assist a diverse range of clients with their IT challenges. Your responsibilities will be varied, your contributions will be tangible, and you will play a direct role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of their technological environments.

Responsibilities

The IT Technician provides support to clients, participates in installations, performs preventive maintenance, and contributes to the continuous improvement of their IT environments.

He plays a key role in maintaining the stability, security, and evolution of the systems managed by Maximiz.

• Respond to service calls.
• Participate in hardware and software installations at client sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide recommendations to improve system functionality, security, and stability.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure the security and stability of supported client networks.

Desired Profile

• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 and Windows Server 2019 and 2022.
• Strong understanding of Office 365.
• Proficiency with Exchange (on-premise and online).
• Proficiency with Active Directory (Azure, hybrid, and on-premise).
• Knowledge of WatchGuard technologies and Azure (an asset).
• Strong learning ability.
• Team spirit, autonomy, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism and a strong customer service mindset.

Considered Assets

Knowledge of the following environments:

• Technical support in a multisite environment
• Cloud-based environments
• Management and cybersecurity tools used by MSPs (an asset)
