Job Description
- Provide Tier‑3 technical support.
- Design, implement, and maintain Email Services components.
- Provide technical documents.
- Prepare and review RFCs.
- Liaison with departmental technical groups and integration teams.
- Hybrid work environment.
Mandatory Experience / Must Haves
- GOC Secret security clearance.
- 10 years of experience working as a technical architect on Email systems.
- 10 years of planning, developing, validating, and implementing enterprise Email architecture.
- Experience with the Microsoft Exchange Server platform and Active Directory.
Additional Requirements / Nice to Haves
- Experience using directory synchronization tools.
- Experience implementing disaster recovery and high availability software.
- Experience performing a major upgrade of an Email system.
