We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director who blends strong art direction with concept ideation in the experiential marketing space. This role is ideal for a senior Art Director with a creative mind who can lead, initiate, and contribute to big ideas, and bring them to life visually.

This is a hands-on role requiring both collaboration and autonomy. You’ll work closely with other Associate Creative Directors, Art Directors, designers, strategists, and production partners, while also being comfortable driving creative work independently when needed.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead, initiate, and contribute to big ideas for experiential marketing. Shape creative directions, narratives, and visual storytelling that translate client objectives into engaging consumer experiences.
• Lead and contribute to the visual direction of projects, ensuring creative outputs are visually compelling, on-brand, and strategically aligned. Collaborate with fellow Art Directors while independently driving art direction when required.
• Create and present creative concepts, visual directions, and storytelling presentations to internal teams and clients.
• Shift fluidly between concept development and art direction based on project needs. Partner closely with cross-functional teams while maintaining ownership of your work.

Your Experience

• A senior Art Director with a refined visual eye and solid execution skills.
• Comfortable shaping ideas and creative direction, not just executing someone else’s vision.
• Experienced in experiential marketing and familiar with agency life.
• Agency-Savvy & Self-Directed.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects, and takes initiative.
• Engaged with culture, design, and trends, and brings that inspiration into the work.
