IT Functional Analyst
Responsibilities
- Understand employee needs, document requirements, and suggest technical solutions
- Contribute to client’s portal (CRM), business processes (workflow) and compliance projects
- Work at the heart of an IT team of around 10 people and work in close collaboration with the IT Project Manager and other Analysts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst
- Professional experience documenting workflows to identify improvements
- Good relational skills, listening, autonomy, ease in challenging needs
- Mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
