Your team's dynamic

Genetec is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enable our sales and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline and bookings growth. The SDR has a solid understanding of leads management and is motivated to increase sales.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Create a new business pipeline by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers.
  • Use lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to extract contacts and build accurate targeted prospect lists.
  • Follow prospecting plans and best practices, executing engagement strategies via email, phone and social touchpoints.
  • Manage inbound leads with a prioritization strategy.
  • Assist Account Executives by moving qualified leads through the sales cycle.
  • Engage with executives, decision makers and other stakeholders to schedule sales meetings.
  • Operate autonomously while collaborating with teammates.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area.
  • Prior Sales Development (SDR) experience or other customer‑oriented background (support, customer service).
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written.
