Genetec is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enable our sales and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline and bookings growth. The SDR has a solid understanding of leads management and is motivated to increase sales.
Job responsibilities
- Identify and generate new qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Create a new business pipeline by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers.
- Use lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to extract contacts and build accurate targeted prospect lists.
- Follow prospecting plans and best practices, executing engagement strategies via email, phone and social touchpoints.
- Manage inbound leads with a prioritization strategy.
- Assist Account Executives by moving qualified leads through the sales cycle.
- Engage with executives, decision makers and other stakeholders to schedule sales meetings.
- Operate autonomously while collaborating with teammates.
