As a Research Operations Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate playtest schedules and resources in line with the roadmap.
- Set up and maintain research environments (virtual rooms, builds, equipment).
- Support participants during sessions and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Maintain and upgrade research equipment and tools (PCs, recording, streaming).
- Manage platforms for panel recruitment and session livestreaming.
- Support documentation and knowledge-sharing across research teams.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in research operations, including panel management and hardware setup.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across teams (IT, production, etc.).
- Comfortable working with research platforms and managing participant databases.
- Technically proficient with audio-visual setups and research tools.
- Adaptable and resourceful in dynamic environments.
