On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers, delivering advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility / 5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

We are seeking candidates with technical solution integration experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting contact centre solutions or experience integrating technologies in other verticals / domains. Bell provides a training program for the editor’s solution with mentors to support learning and adaptation, and candidates will have hands-on experience with the solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and / or configuration of contact centre solutions (CCaaS), including components related to Natural Language Understanding (NLU / NLP), Conversational AI (chat / voice bots), Workforce Management (WFM), and / or Self-Service IVR with call routing technologies.
  • Support by colleagues on projects and be guided to deliver or migrate technical solutions successfully.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Participate in functional / technical analysis, and define the target solution.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, market trends, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and automation.

Critical Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Knowledge of contact centre solutions or product suites from Genesys, NICE, AWS and / or Google, as well as CRMs.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project delivery cycle.
  • Ability to manage several delivery activities simultaneously and prioritize.
  • Cloud-based solution delivery experience (CCaaS, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Google).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with a wide variety of software / hardware technologies and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with cloud computing architectures (IaaS, CCaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and serverless technologies.
  • English & French, spoken and written.
  • Security Clearance for Federal Government.
