Our DevOps group is a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to working on cutting-edge data and AI technologies. We focus on building robust and scalable infrastructure to support various AI-driven projects. With highly motivated and skilled DevOps engineers across Israel, Germany, Hungary, and Canada, collaboration and continuous improvement are at the core of our work culture. Job Responsibilities

• Cooperate with developers and infrastructure teams to ensure highly available and scalable production systems.
• Build and maintain highly available and scalable production systems.
• Manage core production systems, including frequent changes and updates.
• Rapidly identify and resolve problems in production systems.
• Provide support during off hours (nights and weekends) when necessary.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of DevOps experience in a SaaS production environment.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience configuring Microsoft Azure and / or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Experience building Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, including deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with Helm charts for packaging, deploying, and managing Kubernetes applications.
• Working knowledge of monitoring, logging, and metrics collection tools.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Programming experience with Python or Bash.
• Experience with events streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka, Spark, and Databricks.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Databricks - In-depth knowledge of Databricks, including setting up clusters, configuring jobs, and optimizing performance.
• Experience with SAP BTP services such as SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Hana Cloud Data Lake, Cloud Logging, and BTP AI Hub.
• Hands-on experience with services such as Istio service mesh, Kyverno, Kubeflow.
• Experience with K8s Prometheus monitoring stack and Dynatrace.
• Intelligent, curious and love to learn and explore new depths in the technology you use every day.
• Willing and able to meet a challenge head-on, solve problems independently and make things happen.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 74,600 - 156,800 (CAD). The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
