Department: IT

Location: On site, Laval, QC (4204 boulevard Industriel, H7L 0E3)

Type of employment: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)

What You’ll Do

Lead IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, in scope, and on budget.
Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, operations, vendors, and external partners).
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and communication strategies.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Ensure projects align with business needs and Circle K’s IT strategy.
Bring structure, accountability, and leadership to every initiative you manage.

What You’ll Need

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
PMP or PMI certification (required).

Experience:

5–7+ years of proven IT project management experience, ideally in retail or consumer-facing industries.

Knowledge and skills:

Strong operational knowledge of retail IT systems (POS, store systems, infrastructure, etc.).
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Skilled at working with diverse stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
Flexibility to travel when needed.

Language skills:

Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written; role requires collaboration with global teams.
