Overview

Pratt & Whitney Canada is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director of Customer Service Programs at our Longueuil site. You will provide administrative support and coordinate activities for the executive’s teams, acting as a liaison with directors. The role requires approximately ten years of experience in a large corporate environment, fluency in both official languages, and strong organizational skills.

What you will do

  • Manage client visits and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and follow up on expense reports; maintain and update the agenda.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and act as a liaison for the executive and the team.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive, direct reports, and colleagues; keep executives informed of upcoming commitments.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls; prepare supporting documents and ensure action items are followed up.
  • Produce complex documents, reports, and presentations; manage correspondence and translation as needed.
  • Collaborate with direct reports and the VP assistant; plan and monitor special projects.
  • Maintain filing systems; manage action plans and information flow in the absence of senior directors.
  • Coordinate projects, follow up on dossiers, and assist with archiving; work with other Administrative Assistants to share workload and organize activities (e.g., off-site events).
  • What you need to be successful

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role in a large operations team (minimum 5 years).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Work environment is primarily in French; must have strong English reading and writing skills for technical documentation and communications with international contacts.
  • Discretion handling sensitive information; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Previous experience in a senior administrative support role is a plus.
