Partner Solutions Inc. (PSI), which operates across Canada, was founded in 2000 to simplify technology for brokerages and thereby allow them to focus on their sales and profitability. PSI is a digital enabler, offering turnkey information technology solutions to brokers with a team of technology professionals, support, and customer experience specialists. We are looking for an IT Project Manager (delivery-focused) for our growing team.
What You'll Do Here
- Ensure the efficient delivery of implementation projects with a clear business orientation and alignment to the technological strategy.
- Maintain a global view of the business case and ensure delivered results meet business needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and orchestrate delivery activities to meet deadlines, budgets, and value objectives.
- Identify and mobilize necessary capabilities to ensure optimal delivery of solutions.
- Manage stakeholders and build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and suppliers.
- Define and clarify the mandate, scope, and delivery path.
- Break down projects into concrete steps and ensure smooth execution between teams.
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, identifying deliverables, dependencies, costs, and resources.
- Actively manage risks and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Set up and monitor performance indicators to ensure visibility on delivery.
- Anticipate and resolve obstacles to maintain delivery pace.
- Bring vision and rigor to the entire project life cycle.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management and delivery practices at Intact.
What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent training/experience.
- Project management certification (PMP) is an asset.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in IT infrastructure project delivery management.
- Experience in negotiation and contract management with suppliers.
- Experience in a multi-project program context.
- Familiarity with planning and tracking tools (Clarity, MS Project, others).
- Experience in a virtual environment and matrix management.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required for regular interaction with colleagues across the country.
- Eligible to work in Canada (no Canadian work experience required).
