Here’s what you will do as a Product Guide at Arc’teryx :

• Offer a best-in-class brand experience to our guests by sharing your technical product knowledge and helping solve problems.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités

• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of our products and integrate this information into interactions with guests authentically.
• Promote Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop your passions in-store and out of store with team support.
• Contribute to improving the guest experience by collaborating with store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales.
• Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership.
• Support and participate in various store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer phones, voicemails, and store emails; may include responses on regional social media channels.
• Use the Point-of-Sale system to process guest transactions accurately and efficiently, including warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns.
• Receive and unpack inventory as required (boxes may weigh 5-30 lbs).

Availability / Disponibilités

Requirements :

You are available for at least one morning, one evening, and one weekend shift each week.

• Availability must reflect business needs, at the discretion of the Store Manager.
• Full Time – 32 to 40 hours per week (availability required 6 days per week).
• Part Time – up to 31 hours per week (availability required minimum 18 hours per week).

Note : Availability may be defined to include mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by the business.

Pay / Rémunération

23.80 CAD per hour (approximate; base pay reflects skills, experience, education and training). This does not include bonuses or benefits.
