Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the client's context and business needs or processes within the framework of medium-complexity projects that may require integration across one or more business areas. They interact with stakeholders, users, and contributors and are responsible for ensuring the overall alignment of projects with business needs and organizational objectives. They identify, design, and recommend business solutions and analyze their impact on the organization. Within projects, they collaborate in defining business objectives, define the scope of solutions, and support the project manager in key decision-making. They are responsible for ensuring the alignment of solutions with business objectives and business needs. They are also responsible for the end-to-end integration of business solutions, from the business requirements definition stage through to deployment .The consultant works closely with a product manager, business expert, project manager, sponsor, integration solutions architect, and agile teams. He is involved in the entire implementation cycle of the solutions and must ensure that all stakeholders involved understand the solution.

• Client is seeking a Business Analyst who can work independently in an Agile environment on a payments project. The target experience level (5 to 8 years) indicates an intermediate-senior profile: not a junior developer, not a product manager.
  
• The core of the role is end-to-end requirements management, from needs definition to deployment, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment. The payments context implies knowledge of the banking or financial industry, even though it is mentioned as an asset: in practice, a candidate without exposure to this field will be difficult to place on this project.
