Livrables

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integration solutions, ensuring reliable data exchange between Workday and enterprise applications through scalable batch and real-time integrations.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver integration solutions that align with HR, ERP, and enterprise process objectives.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Workday integrations, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and operational stability.
  • Produce technical documentation, support Workday releases and upgrades, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Workday integration landscape.

Exigences

Experience Required

  • Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting Workday integration solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Workday integration technologies including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and related integration frameworks.
  • Experience integrating Workday with HR, ERP, payroll, benefits, identity management, or third-party enterprise systems using XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST APIs, and related data exchange technologies.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, enterprise application integration patterns, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience), with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
