Our client is a growing Canadian company specialized in technology hardware, unified communications and broadband solutions. With several years of industry presence and recent expansion initiatives, the organization continues to grow its presence across Quebec and other French-speaking markets in Canada.

Working closely with channel partners, resellers, integrators and solution providers, the company is currently looking to add a bilingual Business Development Representative to support its continued growth.

This role is ideal for a motivated “hunter” profile who enjoys prospecting, opening new opportunities and building strong client relationships in a B2B technology environment.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, the position offers strong long-term career growth potential within a growing sales organization focused on expansion and team development.

Responsabilités principales

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails and outbound activities
  • Reactivate inactive accounts and identify new partner opportunities
  • Develop pipeline and qualify opportunities for the sales team
  • Build relationships with resellers, integrators and SMB clients
  • Maintain CRM activities and sales follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams
  • Contribute to account growth using a “Land & Expand” sales approach

Rémunération et environnement

  • Base salary around $60K–$65K
  • Total compensation approximately $72K–$73K OTE
  • Quarterly incentive structure
  • Hybrid environment for Montreal-area candidates (Office in Laval)

Compétences et qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong hunter mentality and comfortable with outbound prospecting
  • Strong knowledge of the Quebec market and excellent communication skills in both French and English
  • Experience in technology, telecom, IT distribution, MSP, VAR or channel sales environments considered a strong asset
  • Organized, positive, coachable and client-oriented personality
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced sales environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Looking for long-term growth within a sales-driven environment
