Reporting to the VP, Corporate Communications, the Senior Advisor, Corporate Communications is a strategic communications leader responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact corporate communications initiatives across RCL. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving external and executive communications that elevate corporate reputation, support business priorities, and strengthen organizational messaging.

Principales responsabilités
- Lead the development and execution of strategic communications strategies and narratives, with a focus on external communications and executive visibility
- Partner closely with senior leaders to translate complex business priorities into clear, compelling, and audience-focused messaging
- Drive end-to-end communications initiatives, including strategy development, stakeholder management, content creation, and execution
- Develop impactful communication materials across corporate channels, supporting external communications while contributing to internal communications initiatives as needed
- Monitor media and industry trends, identify reputational risks and opportunities, and support crisis communications preparedness and response
- Build trusted relationships across the organization and influence stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or strategic communications
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and executive communications capabilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Used project management software and AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve team efficiency.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong attention to detail and execution excellence
- Bilingualism (French & English) to support communications with stakeholders across Canada
