A career as a Banking Advisor in Client Contact Centre means playing a role similar as the one in a branch but working from our advisory call center. You support an established, more specialized client base that belongs to various professional associations by answering their calls and providing personalized financial advice. Based on your warm, human approach and strong analytical skills, you deliver a high‑quality experience to clients

Your salary

The annual salary starts at $61 200. Based on your experience and expertise, the salary and level of the job can be review.

Your job

  • Manage client appointments and to be attentive to their needs.
  • Advise professional clients and recommend appropriate financial solutions to meet their investment, personal financing, made-to-measure insurance and estate planning.
  • Support your clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, engagement and loyalty.
  • Refer your clients to your specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Your work schedule in this team can be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm (with a minimum of one evening per week 12pm to 8pm), Friday 9am to 5pm as well of Saturday 9am to 5pm (on rotation) based on the operational needs of the team.

Prerequisites

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Hold or obtain a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence within three months of hiring with a full refund once you have successfully obtained it
  • Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity
