Are you ready to take on new technical challenges within a passionate and collaborative team? Behaviour Interactive is looking for an experienced DevOps to contribute to the development of a live online game, co-developed with an external partner and released on PC and consoles. In this senior role, you’ll play a key role in shaping cloud computing strategies and infrastructure for a game that’s already live and evolving. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining backend systems, implementing cloud-based services, and ensuring smooth deployment pipelines. This position requires deep expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps principles, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud environments. In this role you will :
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and performance of systems.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, ensuring code is seamlessly tested, delivered, and released to production environments.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes in a production environment, ensuring clusters are properly maintained, scalable, and secure.
- Collaborate closely with developers to address their infrastructure needs, optimize resource utilization, and enhance the performance and reliability of systems in production.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical infrastructure issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Apply best practices in testing, security, performance monitoring, and efficient resource utilization.
- Minumum of 9years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure role, including a minimum of 5 years in a DevOps role with cloud platforms.
- Experience working with AWS and micro-services.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, including cluster management, application scaling, and ensuring reliability.
- Proficient in automating infrastructure and processes using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or similar, to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Autonomous and solution-oriented mindset and ability to efficiently resolve complex problems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective work with developers, tech leads, and other members of the client's team.
