Job Description
As a Product Manager of Physical AI at Vention…
Vous aurez la responsabilité de la feuille de route produit de GRIIP (Generalized Robotic Industrial Intelligence Pipeline), le pipeline Physical AI de bout en bout de Vention qui alimente des robots capables de percevoir, raisonner et agir sur des tâches non structurées et des environnements de fabrication imprévisibles. Dans ce rôle, vous interagirez avec des clients et des parties prenantes internes afin de recueillir les besoins émergents, de piloter les équipes de développement logiciel et IA respectives, et de soutenir les équipes ventes & marketing pour des lancements produit réussis. En tirant parti de votre expertise en gestion de produit et de votre compréhension des robots propulsés par l’IA, vous serez particulièrement bien placé pour guider les choix d’architecture et piloter la priorisation efficace de nos efforts et de nos ressources.
What You’ll Do

Product management
- Conduire des entretiens afin de comprendre les exigences des applications, les opportunités/besoins en fonctionnalités, ainsi que les contraintes de fabrication réelles
- Réaliser des analyses comparatives de produits Physical AI et d’intelligent robotics concurrents ● Réaliser des analyses afin d’informer les nouvelles spécifications produit et d’évaluer la performance des capacités actuelles du pipeline (perception, estimation de pose, intelligence de préhension, planification de trajectoire)
- Définir et maintenir la feuille de route produit sur l’ensemble du pipeline GRIIP, incluant le support Vision Language Action (VLA)
- Préparer des briefs détaillés pour de nouvelles fonctionnalités/capacités IA, incluant les exigences techniques et la logique métier
- Diriger la préparation de la Quarterly Product Review
- Contribuer au matériel d’aide aux ventes et former diverses équipes go-to-market (Account Executive, Application Engineers, Customer Success, etc.)
- Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe marketing pour fournir des éléments pour les campagnes de lancement de produit ● Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs clés du produit, incluant les taux de succès en pick, les temps de cycle, la vitesse de déploiement et la couverture des applications

Product ownership
- Organiser et prioriser le backlog de tickets à travers les flux de travail AI/ML, perception, motion planning et intégration
- Décomposer les briefs produit pour de nouvelles capacités en tickets séquencés pour une exécution efficace
- Préparer et animer les kick-offs de sprint, en s’assurant que les équipes IA et logiciel soutiennent le périmètre et peuvent définir avec succès le “how”
- Suivre et rapporter les échéanciers pour chaque fonctionnalité/produit et mesurer la performance des équipes
- Réaliser une QA métier sur les nouvelles capacités afin de s’assurer que l’expérience utilisateur contribue à élever la plateforme Vention
- Travailler avec l’équipe logicielle et les RH afin de s’assurer que les équipes sont correctement dotées en expertise nécessaire pour livrer la feuille de route annuelle
- Supporter la productivité des équipes de développement en planifiant des périodes de gestion de la dette technique / élimination de bogues (ou permettre un certain refactoring dans le cadre du développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités)

You’ll bring :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or equivalent ● 3+ years experience in product management in the context of AI, robotics, industrial technologies, or other highly technical domain
- Prior knowledge of Physical AI technology, including Vision Language Models (VLA) ● Ability to bridge technical AI/ML teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
- Strong analytical tool kit with ability to analyze datasets
- Excellent internal/external stakeholder management skills
- Strong bias for speed and execution
- Strong project management and risk mitigation mindset, with demonstrated ability to build contingency plans and execute them
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds/good time management
Nice to have :
- Experience with Physical AI, foundation models, or generalized robotic intelligence systems
- Familiarity with industrial automation applications (, bin picking, machine tending, palletizing, kitting)
- Hands-on experience with robot arm programming, motion planning, or vision systems
- Knowledge of Python programming
- Experience bringing AI/ML products from research to production at scale
