We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Director to define and lead Behaviour Interactive’s company‑wide cybersecurity strategy.
In this role, you will protect Behaviour’s digital assets, intellectual property, and critical infrastructure while working closely with game production teams, corporate functions, and executive leadership. This role requires a strategic, pragmatic, and highly collaborative leader who can translate security imperatives into solutions that support creativity, production realities, and long‑term business goals.
In this role you will :- Define and execute Behaviour Interactive’s global cybersecurity strategy, aligned with business objectives, production realities, and industry standards.
- Lead security governance, incident response, and risk management initiatives in close collaboration with IT, Legal, HR, Production, and executive teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor and influence partner to senior leaders, challenging existing practices and driving security improvements across the organization.
- Oversee corporate and production‑related security architecture, including cloud environments, identity and access management, endpoint protection, and monitoring systems.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and accountability.
- Establish roadmaps, ensuring security initiatives integrate smoothly with ongoing live productions.
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 4 years in a leadership or director‑level role managing teams and complex initiatives.
- Strong ability to communicate, influence, and build trust across all levels of the organization, including technical, creative, legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience defining cybersecurity governance, strategy, and risk frameworks in complex, fast‑moving environments.
- Solid understanding of modern security domains, including cloud security, identity and access management, incident response, and third‑party risk management.
- A pragmatic, adaptable mindset, able to balance security rigor with business, production, and creative constraints.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required, and prior experience in gaming or digital entertainment is a strong asset.
