Tâches
- Receive, analyze, and process incoming customer emails.
- Create orders in the internal system and ensure administrative follow-ups.
- Update operational files and information in the system.
- Coordinate follow-ups related to customer requests to support smooth operations.
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient information flow.
- Support the department manager with daily operational follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the billing team for required follow-ups.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records in the system.
- Ensure diligent follow-up of orders and related communications.
- Contribute to operational efficiency by effectively coordinating communication between all stakeholders.
- Perform any other related tasks linked to the position.

Exigences
- Relevant experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or administrative coordination in a similar environment.
- Experience in logistics within a transportation company, ideally in the flatbed sector.
- Experience in a role involving file, order, and customer communication follow-ups.
- Good understanding of the realities of road transportation in an operational environment. Knowledge of maritime and rail transportation is considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including ERP and CRM systems, and data entry.
- Professional, service-oriented approach with strong coordination skills.
- Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, as approximately 50% of client communications are conducted in English.
