Salary range (but not limited to):
109,900 - 134,300Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Lead complex, multi-workstream finance transformation programs (process, ERP/financial systems, data/reporting, and operating model). Own end-to-end delivery from business case through stabilization, driving disciplined governance, clear executive reporting, and measurable value.
What you'll do here:
Program Leadership - Build and manage the integrated plan, scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across workstreams.
Governance & Reporting - Run steerco and working groups; produce crisp, decision-ready updates and dashboards.
Execution Oversight - Remove blockers; enforce quality gates; coordinate across Finance, IT, Data, and vendors.
Resource & Portfolio - Monitor capacity and utilization; forecast demand; optimize allocations and escalate gaps.
Financials & Vendors - Work with PMO on budget/forecast; manage burn, change orders, SOWs, SLAs, and performance (when required).
RAID Management - Maintain a robust RAID log; quantify impact; drive mitigations and timely resolution.
Tooling - Use JIRA/Confluence for epics, sprints, dependencies, and reporting; maintain accurate status and metrics.
Change & Adoption - Partner with Change Management/Training to drive readiness, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Quality & Controls - Enforce testing (SIT/UAT), defect triage, auditability, and SOX-aligned controls.
Benefits Realization - Define KPIs/OKRs; track planned vs. realized value and recommend optimizations.
What you bring to the table:
Large-scale program oversight across systems/process/data with clear outcomes.
Advanced JIRA program tracking (epics, dependencies, dashboards) and Confluence integration.
Senior executive engagement with concise, decision-oriented communication.
Resource capacity planning and portfolio-level scenario management.
Strong risk/issue/dependency (RAID) identification and mitigation.
Budgeting/forecasting (as required) and vendor/SOW performance management.
Finance system domain knowledge (EDW, SAS, Oracle, etc).
Data/reporting and testing rigor (SIT/UAT/BAT, defect management).
Organizational change and adoption leadership in hybrid/agile environments.
Governance and controls mindset aligned to PMO standards.
Qualifications
5–10+ years in project/program management; 3-5+ in finance transformation preferred.
Proven delivery of multi-million-dollar initiatives with cross-functional and vendor teams.
Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence, and portfolio/reporting tools.
Strong financial and vendor management; excellent communication and facilitation.
Bachelor’s required; MBA, CPA, PMP/PgMP/SAFe/Scrum preferred.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
