Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant, Workday People Analytics to join our growing team!
As a member of the People Analytics function, you will play an important role in the delivery of metrics from Workday that will support Intact’s HR strategy; one that is focused on creating an inspiring workplace where our colleagues can thrive, and top talent want to be a part of. Reporting to the Manager, People Analytics, your work will be guided by our three areas of focus:
Data Governance: Elaborate processes to facilitate access to readily available quality HR data for HR and business leaders.
Anticipate and solve complex business issues using an analytical approach for the stream you support
Establishes links between the different aspects of a problem, identifies root causes, makes appropriate recommendations and implement complex reporting changes and solutions to align with requirements
What you’ll do here:
Participate in the development and enhancement of Workday reporting with a focus on developing an org-wide reporting strategy for our centers of excellence such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, etc.
Implement and automate HR data analysis, preparing reports and data visualizations for storytelling.
Advise and support the HR community and executives, partner by understanding and identify their needs and recommending the appropriate tools.
Gather and understand functional areas and reporting requirements
Review and challenge current operational/business processes
Understand the stream backlog and drive requirement refinements and assessments
Helps the team estimate and plan the effort required to deliver large and complex reporting solutions.
Support and participate in the report governance activities
Ensures Data quality and data integrity in all reports and analytics deliverables
Participate and present new technical solutions for improving processes in collaboration with other streams, where applicable.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, business analysis or human resources or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role.
Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence, data analytics or HR analytics.
Strong experience with building reports in Workday. (Matrix, advanced, composite, dashboards, and/or Discovery boards)
Work experience in an HR role is an asset.
Strong data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of a data visualization tool.
Excellent communication skills, including writing and business presentations.
Ability to present operational problems in a precise and concise manner to an audience, and to solve them effectively.
Comfortable working with all levels of management and collaborate with various stakeholders and demonstrate excellent collaboration abilities.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
