Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support FileNet projects
Initially a 6 months contract. 50% capacity estimated (20 hours/week~). Can be fully remote in Canada. Need to have flexibility to attend meetings in PST time zone.
The role focuses on analyzing business requirements and supporting ECM system implementation or upgrade initiatives, with emphasis on FileNet solutions. This role provides direct technical impact on ECM upgrade success within the consulting function.
Exigences
Must Haves
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis focused on ECM systems, ideally Filenet implementations or upgrades
- Hands-on knowledge of ECM tools, methodology, and structured system analysis practices
- Past experience working within consulting environments or for ECM technology-led initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field
Nice to Have
- Exposure to multiple ECM platforms beyond Filenet
- Understanding of upgrade strategies for enterprise content systems
- Experience working on projects with part-time consulting capacity
- Familiarity with Fujitsu Consulting workflows and project structures
Responsabilités
- Analyze and document requirements for ECM and Filenet upgrade projects
- Support implementation planning and validation for content management systems
- Contribute to technical analysis and testing of system upgrades
- Collaborate with ECM implementation teams to ensure requirements alignment
- Provide insight and oversight during configuration and migration phases
- Ensure methodology compliance in all analysis deliverables
