Exigences
- Minimum of 15 years in IT support or a similar role
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Mandatory Knowledge:
- Windows Server, Terminal Server, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Linux
- HP servers and networking equipment (switches, access points)
- SonicWall firewalls
- Veeam Backup & Replication

- Manage Windows Server, Terminal Server, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Linux environments
- Oversee servers, networks, cybersecurity, and backups
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with the team to implement and deploy various technology projects
