Now, with Behaviour Interactive joining forces with The Fun Pimps, we’re entering an exciting new phase of growth, bringing together deep live game expertise and the creative legacy behind the franchise. This is a rare opportunity to help elevate a beloved game, scale its long-term potential, and shape what comes next for millions of players.

We’re looking for a UX Director to define and elevate the player experience across a complex, evolving live game.

This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated UX leader on the game, building the discipline from the ground up while staying deeply hands-on in the short term. Working closely with Design, Production, Product, Engineering, User Research, you’ll help bring clarity, usability, and the right level of tension to a game where every decision matters.

Responsabilités

In this role you will :

  • Own the end-to-end player experience across core journeys such as menus, HUD, onboarding, progression, crafting, and survival loops.
  • Define the UX/UI vision and establish the foundations of the discipline, including principles, standards, documentation, and future team structure.
  • Be deeply hands-on in the short term, driving UX architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and direct design execution.
  • Partner closely with Design, Production, Engineering, Product, and User Research to rapidly iterate and ship improvements into the live game.
  • Build UX pipelines and scalable design systems that support major updates, new features, and long-term franchise growth.
  • Use player feedback, telemetry, research, and strong product judgment to improve usability, retention, and long-term engagement.

Exigences

Profil recherché

What we're looking for :

  • 8+ years in UX, including 2+ years in leadership within video game production.
  • Proven ability to build UX foundations, pipelines, or teams from scratch.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in UX architecture, player flows, wireframing, prototyping, and systems-heavy gameplay experiences.
  • Deep understanding of player behavior, usability, accessibility, and long-term engagement loops.
  • Strong product judgment, using research, telemetry, and player feedback as inputs not crutches.
  • Excellent cross-discipline communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence Design, Production, Engineering, and Product teams.
