Résumé
Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Experience Level: Level 3 (senior): 5-7 years
Responsabilités
- Hands-on development and design of Python applications.
- Enhance and integrate the CSP automation framework with in-house tooling (Azure initially).
- Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
- Produce proof of concepts in new areas of development.
- Provide technical support for debugging (on-prem and cloud) application failures in production systems.
- Participate in all aspects of SDLC (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment).
- Evaluate and implement emerging DevOps tools.
- Build and integrate observability into cloud platforms and solutions.
- Highlight and reduce toil with automation, architecture improvements, and process improvements.
Compétences requises
- Experience with Python and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Ansible).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions and Jenkins).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
- Proficient with DB technologies (preferably NoSQL) including modeling, testing, and tuning.
- Ability to write reusable, optimized, and maintainable code that is well-documented and follows industry-standard best practices.
- Implementing open-source observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry).
