Job Title: IBM TM1 developer Location: Montreal, QC

Rôles et responsabilités

• We are looking for an experienced IBM TM1 developer to join the FPR department. The team is a global team with members in New York, London and Mumbai and clients in Europe, Asia and North America.
• The development team is responsible for the development of the new application using IBM Planning and Analytics (IBM PAL or IBM TM1). The new application will be used for reporting and analytics as well as for financial planning activities.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire SDLC, have excellent communication skills and experience working directly with the business. They will need to be self-sufficient and comfortable with building internal networks, both with the business and other technology teams.
• They will be expected to own changes all the way from inception to deployment in production. In addition to implementing new functionality, they will use their experience in TDD and best practices to identify process gaps or areas for improvement with a constant focus on scalability and stability.
• Candidate should be self-motivated, results oriented and able to multi-task across with different teams and applications. Further the candidate will need to work effectively with remotely dispersed teams as the role will require constant communication across various regional teams.

Compétences requises

• 5-10 years of experience in developing applications using IBM TM1 reporting and modeling tools.
• Should have expert knowledge of the IBM Planning and Analytics tools.
• Should have in-depth Knowledge of the Cubes design, Turbo Integrator processes, Rules engine and Scripting.
• Should have strong knowledge of the Client Reporting tools (PAWeb, PAXL, PAWorskpace)
• Should be able to implement and maintain TM1 security
• Should be able to Map business requirement to system design.
• Ability to prototype in TM1 (rapid prototyping)
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies with a track record of high-quality deliverables
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams
• Experience with python scripting and TM1py module
