Location: Montreal, QC
Duration: 6 months
Business Overview:
- The US/Americas Information Security department covers the following areas: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Application Security, Third Party Security, Data Security & Cyber Defence.
Responsabilités
- Assist with defining the technical solution and adapt the remediation to local (Americas) specificities.
- Formalize and draft processes with associated controls, including:
- Archiving
- Manual and bulk tagging
- Use of LLM tool to classify
- Quarantine processes (file level and share level)
- Ensure that all stakeholders (business owners, 2nd Line, CISO, etc.) are aligned with the proposed processes.
- Help with the first remediation campaign for the AMER region, and handover to the headcount that will perform the controls as “business as usual”.
Exigences
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking with all levels of management.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Technical background and Python scripting abilities are a plus).
- Experience in data classification, and in procedure/control design.
- Knowledge in shared drives, SharePoint structure, and data-ownership governance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or related field preferred.
- Information Security experience preferred.
- Knowledge of scripting/automation preferred.
