- Technology Architecture & Modernization
- The Architecture & Modernization (A M) team drives the company’s multi-year technology modernization roadmap, focusing on architecture frameworks, product delivery, and developer enablement. We aim to modernize technologies and practices to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms.
Responsabilités
- Establish a clear SRM strategy & operating model aligned to Enterprise Technology Services (ETS)
- Design governance, segmentation, and scorecard frameworks for strategic and complex vendors
- Pilot the model with a small number of priority relationships
- Create repeatable artifacts, playbooks, and templates for long-term internal use
- Enable a smooth transition to a permanent role or internal ownership model
Exigences
- 7 years in managing strategic technology partnerships and/or vendor management
- Proven experience standing up or transforming vendor/partner management capabilities
- Strong organization & planning skills
- Strong commercial acumen paired with governance, risk, and operating discipline
- Executive level communication, facilitation, and influence skills
- Experience working across Technology, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Operations in large enterprises to achieve common goals
- Familiarity with enterprise governance, third-party risk, and related compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Financial Services experience
- Proven capability to design processes for governance oversight whilst minimizing overhead & friction in achieving business outcomes
- Eager to learn & work across a broad technology stack
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity
