L’analyste de ventes est responsable de la collecte, de l’analyse et de l’interprétation des données de ventes afin de soutenir la prise de décision stratégique. Il suit les performances des ventes, identifie les tendances du marché, réalise des prévisions et prépare des rapports clairs et précis pour les équipes de gestion et la direction. Son rôle est essentiel pour optimiser les résultats et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de la région. Le titulaire aura à gérer le processus complet des ententes de rabais « maison » pour la région.

Les défis qui vous attendent

  • Rassembler les données issues des systèmes (Power BI, Cognos, etc). Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des données.
  • Mise en place de la base de données sur les ententes de rabais maison et associés.
  • Analyser les ventes par produit, segment client. Identifier les tendances, les opportunités et émettre des hypothèses.
  • Préparer des rapports réguliers pour l’équipe de gestion et la direction (rapports de ventes, rapports de consommation et rapport sur les promotions). Mettre à jour des tableaux de bord pour permettre un suivi en temps réel.
  • Fournir des recommandations basées sur les données pour améliorer les performances. Participer à des réunions stratégiques pour orienter les actions de l’équipe de ventes et opérations.
  • Répondre aux différentes demandes sur les ententes comptes majeurs, rabais, SAM.
  • Collecter des informations sur la concurrence et le marché. Analyser l’impact des actions des concurrents sur nos ventes.
  • Travailler avec les équipes ventes, finance, opérations, produits et marketing pour l’alignement des données et des objectifs.

  • Connaissance suite Office et fortes compétences avec les différents outils informatiques, tels que Power BI.
