Overview

As a Production Planner, you will be at the center of our operations, translating demand into actionable production plans that balance inventory, capacity, and customer satisfaction. You will shape the efficiency of our manufacturing operations and directly impact thousands of customer orders across North America.

Responsibilities

• Plan for Performance: Build and maintain production schedules that align with demand, inventory targets, and operational capacity.
• Adjust plans proactively to respond to fluctuations in orders, priorities, or constraints.
• Analyze & Anticipate: Analyze sales forecasts, order trends, and market insights to anticipate production needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that save time, reduce waste, and improve service levels.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with production teams, supply chain, and sales to optimize resources and smooth workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve challenges before they become problems.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor production KPIs and respond quickly to disruptions.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes, tools, and methods; your ideas will directly shape our operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of production planning experience.
• Strong command of MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on, proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and acting on performance indicators.
