Marketing Coordinator – Marketing
As the Marketing Coordinator at Local Logic, you will support our marketing team across a breadth of day‑to‑day activities. You will execute multichannel campaigns, update web content, coordinate events, manage marketing assets, conduct research, and handle logistics. You will work hands‑on with the team and report to the VP of Marketing.
Location
Montreal office – on‑site collaboration is required. Occasional remote days are possible.
Responsibilities
- Assist execution of multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital ads, virtual & in‑person events).
- Support website, landing page, and marketing collateral updates.
- Help maintain marketing operations (list updates, form management, HubSpot automation).
- Coordinate creation, organization, and distribution of marketing assets (presentations, one‑pagers, case studies).
- Conduct research to support campaigns, market insights, and sales enablement.
- Manage day‑to‑day logistics for marketing initiatives (event preparation, outreach coordination, vendor communication).
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of in marketing, growth, communications, or similar (internships or co‑op experience counts).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
- Good design sensibility and ability to produce visually consistent decks and other assets.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Proactive, “roll‑up‑your‑sleeve” attitude.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (email, SEO, paid media, social media, analytics).
- Strong communication skills. Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
- Comfortable working in‑office in Montreal.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, real estate, or proptech.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Clay, Lemlist, or Figma.
- Any certifications in digital marketing, SEO, ads, or automation tools.
