What we're looking for

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to round out our team and meet growing demand. We offer services in digital strategy, online customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, as well as data visualization.

Reporting to the Head of the Digital Marketing department, you will play a key role in supervising the team as they deliver on their mandates and deliverables. Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead digital initiatives from the initial pitch through to delivery.
  • Support and supervise analysts and specialists throughout project delivery, from strategy through maintenance and account optimization.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team leads and the sales team; stay informed on current and upcoming projects to plan internal resource management.
  • Ensure the performance and health of client accounts across SEO/SEA/SMM, Programmatic, etc.
  • Perform quality assurance across Google Ads, Google Display, Meta Ads, tracking, dashboarding, and more.
  • Plan and identify new marketing opportunities within client mandates.
  • Optimize internal SEO/SEA/SMM, CRO, and Programmatic solutions.
  • Craft the narrative and present monthly status updates on performance across platforms and campaigns (KPIs, Programmatic, SEA, SMM, etc.).
  • Advise clients and execute marketing tactics.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in digital marketing.

Required Qualifications and Characteristics

  • 5 to 10 years in digital campaign creation and management (online advertising and SEO).
  • Strong expertise with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google ad platforms.
  • Strong expertise with Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Google Data Studio or Google Tag Manager is an asset.
  • Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce is an asset.
  • HTML knowledge is an asset.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz is an asset.
  • CRM knowledge (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is an asset.
  • Certifications (AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are an asset.
  • Communication and collaboration: strong interpersonal skills, team player, positive attitude, receptive to feedback.
  • Organization and execution: autonomy, time and priority management, ability to run multiple projects.
  • Creative and strategic vision: dynamic, creative, innovative, analytical, and synthetic thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Excellent French written and spoken communication.
  • Good English written and spoken communication (Ontario clients).
