Job Description
Salary: GenAIz is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in the development of artificial intelligence solutions for the life sciences industry. Quality and regulatory compliance are at the heart of our development approaches. We advocate for ethical and compliant AI. We are looking for an Internal Sales and Marketing Manager who perfectly aligns with our corporate culture to support our growth and strengthen our market presence.
Job Description
As the Internal Marketing and Communication Manager at GenAIz, you will play a key role in developing our commercial and marketing activities. You will be responsible for positioning yourself at various levels, from developing strategies and defining our internal system and processes to executing them to achieve sales closure. You will work closely with the CEO and team to orchestrate our marketing campaigns, manage our online presence, and contribute directly to achieving our sales goals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a rising star who wants to make their mark in an innovative company that is growing rapidly.
The ideal candidate should be motivated by concrete actions at multiple levels and comfortable building processes in an innovative start-up environment with some level of ambiguity. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of initiative, the ability to work under pressure in an evolving growth environment, and excellent adaptability and flexibility to adjust their approach based on market results and feedback. GenAIz operates in an environment where marketing and sales must be rethought compared to traditional marketing and sales in a (non-AI) technological environment. The ideal candidate should recognize this and have an openness to learning new marketing and sales methods based on cycles or knowledge transfer to partners and clients. Above all, the ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and value the creation and maintenance of long-term relationships in a win-win mode with our customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute promotional and corporate events, with most of them taking place internationally. This task requires a good understanding and mastery of the network of relationships created by the company over the past few years. The candidate will therefore need to carefully select and plan these events in order to generate business opportunities through content sharing linked to AI, via maintaining existing contacts as well as promoting the GenAIz brand. The candidate must also use promotional events to collect customer feedback to improve product definition activities and review commercial activities.
- Actively support the CEO and team in achieving sales goals. The candidate will be expected to work in a matrix environment with colleagues having diverse knowledge and expertise in technologies and business areas related to life sciences. The selected candidate must demonstrate efficiency and creativity in explaining the nature of commercial and sales strategies adopted and adapt their communications to mobilize the team behind these initiatives as needed based on feedback received. The candidate should be motivated to work in a start-up environment and intervene at various levels, including logistics organization such as travel preparation and other diverse activities.
- Design and deploy integrated marketing campaigns while maintaining flexibility in response to the evolving nature of technology and the unique requirements associated with the life science industry and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and develop the company's presence on social networks by adopting an approach focused on sharing high-quality content and promotional strategies for GenAIz's mission centered around ethical, compliant, and patient-focused AI. The candidate must have a good understanding of the needs in life sciences as well as innovative technologies in AI. The candidate must ensure that they promote a company image that aligns with its culture, based on a thorough understanding of its clients and the specificities related to life sciences.

- Create and document templates to optimize and automate the sales cycle. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a relatively long and complex sales cycle involving multiple phases and iterations. The candidate will need to be comfortable working with executives as well as field personnel within a life sciences company, where everyone should be convinced of the value of technology. The candidate will also need to be at ease coordinating sales involving many players, such as government partners providing funding, private or public clients, as well as other suppliers or academic partners. The candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of the assembly required to advance the sale, the requirements of each player, and GenAIz deliverables at every stage in order to push for a win-win agenda for all parties and thus support the closure of the sale. In this capacity, the candidate should possess excellent management and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and consider each client as a unique project tailored to their needs.
- Act as a Super User of HubSpot and coordinate all software management activities. The candidate will need to familiarize themselves with the HubSpot platform and define the update, follow-up, and maintenance system for information. The candidate will need to ensure that updates to the platform are integrated into the company's current activities and set up the requirements needed to produce commercial KPIs related to this tool and the company's overall business activities.
- Maintain excellent relationships through various mechanisms such as user meetings (to be set up), participation in events, regional promotional tours, and production of webinars. Demonstrate creativity and leadership, and strong interpersonal skills when performing these tasks.
- To thoroughly understand the dynamics involved in setting up a marketplace. As GenAIz works on establishing an AI Marketplace, the candidate will need to work closely with Product and Offer teams to effectively communicate and relay client needs and link these to product strategies and Offer definition as well as clarify and define demand in order to optimize this Offer.
- Assist the CEO in creating all corporate materials, including presentations for clients, investors, partners, and articles. As such, be able to adjust your style and communications to effectively represent the voice of the CEO using an effective narrative style.
- Analyze campaign performance by adopting a "field" and "hands-on" approach with clients and partners. Establish communication mechanisms allowing everyone to feel comfortable sharing positive or constructive feedback to enable GenAIz to improve.
