Poste

We are seeking a Technical Product Intern to support our product team in building, improving, and documenting digital products. This role is ideal for a student who is interested in product management, technology, and user-centered design, and wants hands-on experience working with real users and stakeholders. As a Technical Product Intern, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to help translate ideas and requirements into well-defined product features.

Responsabilités

• Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements and user needs.
• Help maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and feature backlogs.
• Support coordination between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in product planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct basic user research, testing, or feedback collection.
• Help track issues, bugs, and feature requests.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, or dashboards as needed.

The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field.
• Understanding of software development concepts and web technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, Confluence, or similar.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Basic technical skills such as SQL, APIs, wireframing, or coding fundamentals.
• Experience with user research or UX design.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
