Janitorial Services Role at Club de Tennis Île des Soeurs

Status: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $16 per hour

Established in 1971, this impressive sports complex offers its members 20 tennis courts as well as a sports center of more than 10,000 square feet located just minutes from downtown Montreal and the South Shore. You would find a team of passionate professionals entirely devoted to its members.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of common areas, hallways, and other designated areas of the hotel according to established standards.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers.
• Ensure that cleaning products are used safely and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Clean windows and mirrors in rooms and common areas of the establishment.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Report necessary repairs and replacements to the supervisor.
• Adhere to the establishment's safety policies and emergency procedures.
• Meet deadlines for cleaning tasks.

Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and products.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• Good physical condition to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift loads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping within a hotel is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of English is an asset.
