As a key member of the Digital, Creative and Brand team, you will collaborate across all areas of the firm, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to every project. We’re looking for a self‑starter who has a well‑rounded understanding of the digital space, takes initiative, and pushes boundaries to deliver exceptional results. Our creative designer will be versatile, possessing a broad range of skills across various disciplines and a deep understanding of our brand positioning and messaging.

You Will Be Focusing On

  • Brand Champion: Serve as a champion of the global NRF brand in Canada and advise on brand application across all creative materials.
  • In‑house Design Support: Work with the entire channels team to support design requests from all areas of the firm, creating visual assets for social media, events, emails, documents, brochures, web pages, and more.
  • Creative Development: Lead and develop unique look‑and‑feels for events, marketing campaigns, web pages, ad sets, etc., within our global brand elements.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with channels and demand generation teams on visual strategies for various campaigns.
  • Web Design: Partner with the Senior Web Advisor to design assets for campaign web pages, following UX best practices.
  • Social Design: Work closely with social and video team members to design assets for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Vendor Support: Coach the offshore design team and work with external vendors to approve creative.
  • Document Support: Provide design assistance to internal teams for presentation decks.
  • Project Management: Manage own time and resources effectively while respecting deadlines.

What You Bring To The Role

  • 6–10 years of relevant design experience, preferably in an in‑house setting.
  • Experience in professional services or the legal field is a strong asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for digital projects in design, brand, creative, video, and web.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design projects across various digital platforms.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong design skills for presentation and proposal decks in PowerPoint.
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving in complex design challenges.
  • Experience partnering with agency partners is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of AODA compliance design requirements.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is a strong asset.

The salary bands provided reflect the typical range for this role in the region indicated. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of experiences and skills, and final compensation will be thoughtfully determined based on individual qualifications and current market factors. Salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview.
Toronto: $81,500 – $100,700
Ottawa: $79,600 – $98,300
Vancouver: $79,600 – $98,300
