IT Project Coordinator – Fluid – Solutions de Talents

Location : Montréal, QC, Canada. Work model : Hybrid. Permanent position.

Our client seeks an IT Project Coordinator to support the Modern Workplace team in planning, tracking, and delivering technology projects built on Microsoft solutions.

What You'll Do

• Support project managers in planning and coordinating IT initiatives.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress reports, and tracking dashboards.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Participate in identifying and tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support the adoption and implementation of Microsoft solutions within client environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within an IT environment.
• Solid understanding of the technology project lifecycle and agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, SharePoint, Teams).
• Bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written.
